Smilers® clear dental aligners are orthodontic appliances designed to correct the alignment of your teeth. They consist of a series of custom-made, clear, removable aligners made from impressions of your mandible and maxilla. Smilers® clear aligners are designed to apply gentle mechanical forces to correct dental defects. Each of your Smilers® transparent aligners will gradually initiate a movement of your teeth and correct their orientation.
SMILERS®, THE CHIC FRENCH SMILE
What is a transparent aligner?
On a day-to-day basis:
- Wear your Smilers® trays between 22 and 24 hours a day.
- Remove them to eat and to brush your teeth.
- Every 1 to 3 weeks* you change them with your practitioner.
*Do not include the use of acceleration techniques (ATP38®)
When should you choose clear aligners?
Patients using Smilers® clear aligners appreciate the ability to remove their aligners while eating and brushing. This helps maintain healthy brushing and dental care habits. Finally, many patients who wear braces have difficulty taking proper care of their teeth due to poor oral hygiene or inadequate cleaning habits.
